God never asked you to run on empty.

He never asked you to give until there's nothing left and then keep going.

Rest is not laziness. Stillness is not weakness. Filling back up is not selfish.
You cannot pour into your family, your purpose, your calling from a place God never designed you to operate from.

Come back to Him first. Let Him fill you. Then pour.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Fear is not from God.
That means every time fear tells you to stay small, stay quiet, stay waiting - that is not His voice.

You were given power.
You were given love.
You were given a sound mind.
Not someday. Right now. In this season. With this assignment.
Walk in it.

Can I be honest with you for a second?

Some days, the to-do list never ends. The kids need you. Work needs you. Everyone needs a piece of you — and by the time you get to the end of the day, there is nothing left for yourself.

And in those moments, it is so easy to feel like you are failing. Like you are not doing enough. Like you are somehow falling short of who you are supposed to be.

But here is your reminder for today: faithfulness in the small things is never small to God.

The meal you made. The prayer you whispered. The patience you chose when you wanted to lose it. The way you kept going even when you were tired. That is not nothing — that is a life lived for His glory.
Give yourself some grace today. You are doing better than you think.

The world will constantly try to sell you the message that you need to do more, be more, and achieve more to be worthy of love and belonging.

The Gospel tells a completely different story.

Before you checked a single thing off your to-do list today — before you served your family, answered an email, or solved a problem — you were already deeply, entirely, and unconditionally loved by the Creator of the universe.

Rest in that truth today. Let it be the foundation you stand on when the world tries to make you feel small.

I want you to hear this today: God sees every single one.

He sees the tears you cried in the car before walking back into the house with a smile. He sees the way you keep going even when you are exhausted. He sees the faith you are holding onto even when it feels like nothing is working.

You are not invisible. You are not forgotten. You are not behind. You are seen by the One whose opinion matters most, and He calls you worthy, chosen, and deeply loved.

If I could go back and talk to the version of myself who was just starting to take her faith seriously, I would tell her one thing: You do not have to be perfect for God to use you.

For so long, I thought I needed to have all the answers, the perfect prayer routine, and a spotless track record before I could step into my calling. But God doesn't call the equipped — He equips the called. He is not looking for perfection; He is looking for a willing heart.
