For most of his life, he was the “slender guy”—but never truly confident. Over time, that changed into a “grandpa bod,” and like many, he found himself stuck in cycles of starting and stopping.

Everything shifted in 2024 after a health scare made him rethink his future. When the opportunity to join Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping came along, he took it—and never looked back.

In his first 10-week challenge, he didn’t just lose weight—he built strength, confidence, and momentum. What started as a short-term commitment turned into a long-term lifestyle, pushing himself harder with every class and staying consistent even through injury by adapting instead of quitting.

He also made a powerful nutrition commitment—cutting out added sugar completely for a full year (despite working around sweets every day!)—and turned it into a permanent habit.

Now, he’s stronger, more disciplined, and surrounded by a community that keeps him motivated—especially his 5:00 AM crew.
