APF IL State Championship Meet
March 21st in Lombard, IL

We took a great crew to State last week. Lots of PRs hit and everybody took home some hardware. Great job team! Thanks to the for putting on a great meet!

MOCK MEET COMPLETE. Ready for the State meet in Lombard, IL. We had to make some adjustments for a couple athletes but for the most part the openers were strong and smooth. Training is done. All that’s left now is to execute. 1 week to go team!

Shout out to the Strength Pack members for absolutely dominating this training cycle. These last 8 weeks we have been doing a pure strength program focusing on the 3 main lifts (squat, bench, deadlift) and many of them will be competing in a powerlifting meet March 21. 2 weeks left KEEP fighting for that extra set…rep…pound!

Looking for a place to get strong but just need some direction? We have 2 spots open in one of our morning classes and we’d like to start a 7 AM class as well! DM us for inquiries.

Happy to announce we will be starting an evening class time! This is a small group strength training class. 5-6 people max. We already have a few interested so let us know if you want in! Any age and lifting experience welcome! Class meets 3x a week and members also have access to open gym times.

All sisters should SQUAT together! Shout out to the Rypkas: Zoey, Emma, Ellie, & Dad Rob. It’s been really fun to watch them progress under the bar and really enjoy the benefits of getting stronger both inside and outside. Plus they are just super fun and cool people to be around! Can’t wait to see how much stronger they can get! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Last month members of the Strength Pack challenged themselves by participating in the Thankslifting Powerlifting Meet in Indianapolis and/or the Fall Classic at our home Den/gym!

New PRs were reached by all! But more importantly they all stepped out of their comfort zone and tried something that was hard!
Beyond proud of these amazing people right here and can’t wait to see where 2025 takes us!
