Earlier this month, we had a big day for promotions at CU Jiu Jitsu.

Kelly T earned her black belt! 10 years of consistent hard work really does pay off!! We were so happy to see Kelly's family drive 3 hours just be there to see it. And it inspired her nice to join us for the seminar that afternoon!

Kelly gave a great speech with one very important message, "Don't quit!"

Recently Alexzander earned his yellow belt in our Shotokan Karate program under 9th Dan Sensei Mike Schlosser. We were also able to celebrate Sensei Mike's 64th birthday! Fun fact Sensei Mike is also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt!

Congratulations to Alexzander on his belt promotion and Sensei/Professor Mike on his life promotion!
