Why CU Jiu Jitsu and why coach Mike? Because this.

When you step into any gym or martial arts school for the first time you often wonder what the Coach is going to be like. Professor Michael Stoller does all he can to make our community better. From the moment you to step through the door the first time, throughout class, and off the mat, you know he and the rest of the CU Jiu Jitsu are going to treat you well. And even if you're not a member at CU, he still strives to make meaningful, positive differences in individuals and larger communities. This is what you get at CU.

To JD, I am so personally touched that you surprised me with this gift. I'm so happy to be a part of your journey and grateful beyond words. I will continue the mission for you and everyone else!

P*e Wee BJJ classes for 3 to 6 year olds. Half hour classes to keep their attention. Skills learned in fun ways to keep them engaged.

A small snippet of what it looks like after class at CU Jiu Jitsu . A few students helping to clean the training area and debrief from practice. This happens often at CU and we love it. Our students take ownership in their training space and pride in helping to keep things going the right way. It's never expected but always appreciated!! Thanks to all of our CU students who do this!

Kids learning real skills while building friendships, leadership, and having fun. We take our training serious but find ways to keep Kids engaged and having fun. Our students want to come back to every class and make progress because they k ow if they do, they help their teammate make progress. This is the way!
