Front side engagement is key in tonight's movement prep!! Drills in video PVC shuffle and stick: focus on stopping rotation with that front hip pullback Med Ball Roll ins: Make sure on this we turn the front shoulders to get that front hip pull back feel, oppose to using the quad!!
