Today we honored more than a workout 🇺🇸

Huge respect to every athlete at CrossFit Chamblee who showed up and completed Murph today! The sweat, struggle, and sacrifice of this workout are a small reminder of the courage and selflessness displayed by the men and women who gave their lives serving our country.

Murph is hard by design…because freedom isn’t free!

Today we remember the fallen, honor their sacrifice, and carry their legacy forward as a community. Thank you to all who joined us in pushing through with purpose this Memorial Day. ❤️🤍💙

Thinking about tackling Murph this year but feeling a little 😳? Swipe through! ➡️

Rule #1 at CrossFit Chamblee: Scaling is smart training, not cheating or avoiding. We want you to participate, challenge yourself, and finish strong — not suffer unnecessarily. From Sprint Murph to Half Murph to Partner Murph, we have a version tailored to every fitness level.

Not a CFC member? You’re absolutely welcome to join us! Murph is a community experience, and we would love to have you drop in, workout alongside us, and honor the day together.

Here are the details:

🗓️ Monday, May 25th
⏰ Heats at 7:00 AM | 8:30 AM | 10:00 AM
🚨 Heats are capped at 20 athletes each to ensure everyone has space.

Members can open up Chalk It Pro to register for their heat today.

We recently said farewell and Godspeed to two pillars of our community: .frazier and

Macy became a Coach with us in 2023 and has been a key part of the CFC team since. Her infectious energy and bright smile will be missed, but we’re so excited to see her grow as her professional pursuits take her to Athens, GA. Thanks for everything, Mace!

David joined us (also) in 2023, making the jump from . You know him as FOX 5 Chief Meteorologist David Chandley, but we know him as our buddy “DC”. He’s been a delightful presence in our midday classes, and as he retires to a lake life full of love and family time, we say Congratulations and Thank You 🫡

Mace & DC, happy trails and we’ll hope to see you again soon. In the meantime, we’ll always keep the light on for you!

April is a tough month to stay on track. Between spring break travels, shifting kids’ schedules, and those first few sunny weekends calling your name, it would have been easy to let the routine slide.

But our Consistent Club had other plans.

We are incredibly proud of everyone who navigated the April interruptions and still made it to the gym 12+ times. You proved that consistency isn’t about having a perfect schedule — it’s about making it happen regardless of what the calendar throws at you. 🏋️‍♂️💪

Please help us give a massive welcome to JP DeKemper () as he officially joins the CrossFit Chamblee coaching staff!

JP made the move to us from CrossFit Brookhaven back in January, where he was a staple of their community for years. Since then, he’s already become a familiar face on the floor, and we couldn’t be more stoked to have his expertise and energy on our team.
