Team Octopus is Atlanta’s premier mixed martial arts and fitness academy for training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Fitness Kickboxing, MMA, Boxing, Kids Jiu-jitsu, Strength & Conditioning, and Fitness Boot Camp. Team Octopus offers classes for all fitness levels and ages, with the goals of learning new skills and improving health. Many who attend our classes are there for good fitness and ma

intaining a healthy lifestyle, while others are more serious about a career involving mixed martial arts. Kids’ classes are also offered as an introduction to fitness, fun, respect, and discipline. Families are important to Team Octopus, as moms, dads, and kids can be seen working out together. We have five locations to service all your fitness needs with more than 400 classes per week and more than 51,000 total square feet of space. Our gym strives to deliver a family-friendly facility combined with professional-level training. TEAM OCTOPUS CHAMBLEE’S FIRST KIDS BJJ TOURNAMENT 🐙🔥

30+ competitors. Ages 4–12. One amazing day on the mats.

For many of these kids, this was their first time competing! We wanted them to get the chance to step up, test their skills, and show what they’ve been working on in class in a live, scored setting. They absolutely thrived under the pressure! 💪

We couldn’t be prouder of the effort, courage, and sportsmanship shown by every single competitor.

A huge THANK YOU to all the parents, coaches, referees, and volunteers who made this event possible — it truly takes a team. 🙌

And this is just the beginning… we’re excited for this to be the first of many in-house BJJ competitions at Team Octopus!

Congratulations to our March Member of the Month!

Denisha has been a member with us for a while. She comes in almost everyday with a willingness to work hard and learn. She is a joy to be around, and you can often hear her in class joking around with the coaches!
