We're excited to share a sneak peek of some of the new equipment we have on the way. We're awaiting the arrival of two new Matrix Fitness 3 Way Olympic Benches, and a Matrix Aura 4-Stack Multi Station!

Check out CFC members Catherine Jones, Khloe Jones, Rick Myers and Matt Walker at the finish of Spartan’s DEKA FIT ULTRA last week in Philadelphia. We came home with two 1st Pl. finishes thanks to Khloe and Rick Myers! Congratulations everyone!
In case you don’t know – the DEKA FIT ULTRA is five DEKA FIT’s in a row! Talk about grit and determination!!🤪

Her many accomplishments and certifications include the following:

You can catch her in the gym on Tuesdays at 5:15 pm teaching Move - a mobility, activation, and strength training class using body weight, bands, and dumbbells!
