Instead of Saturday mornings 8:30 am HIIT Class this week, please join W. I. T. S. Certified Personal trainer, barefoot specialist, and running coach, Amy Huber as she takes you through a “MOVE” workout.
MOVE incorporates various modalities to build strength and mobility that translates beyond the gym to functional fitness for activities of daily living.
This class is great for runners, walkers and weightlifters alike!
