Big-time shoutout to Tyson Cleary! 💪🐺

Tyson is one of the top linebacker prospects in the region and is heading into his senior season at Williamsport High School with a lot of college programs paying attention. At 6’1” and over 235 pounds, Tyson brings the size, strength, and athleticism that coaches are looking for at the next level. 🚀

Over the past few months, Tyson has been putting in serious work at Front Porch Fitness as he prepares for summer camps, college visits, and a huge senior year.

Today was testing day, and the results were outstanding! 📈

🔥 Faster 5-10-5 Shuttle
🔥 Faster L-Drill

Every major performance metric we track improved.

That’s what happens when talent meets hard work. Tyson has never been afraid to put his head down and grind. The strength gains have been impressive, but what’s even more exciting is seeing that strength transfer directly to speed, power, explosiveness, and agility on the field. 💥

The recruiting process is heating up, and we can’t wait to see where Tyson lands at the next level. Whatever program earns his commitment is getting a tough, hard-working linebacker who is committed to getting better every single day.

❌ There is NO Pilates class Tuesday at 5:45 PM.

The Monday 5:45 PM class was mistakenly listed as Tuesday. We apologize for any confusion!

After an incredible first week at Front Porch Fitness, it’s safe to say Nora from Nourished Wellness was a HUGE hit! 🎉

Our members absolutely loved her Pilates classes, and the feedback has been amazing. From improved mobility and core strength to simply feeling better when they left than when they walked in, Nora brought an awesome energy and expertise to every class.
