Now that school has started again, here is a reminder that our hours are not the same as last school year. On Monday and Wednesday we are open at 4 but on Tuesday and Thursdays we don't open till 5:30 PM. Fridays we are closed. I am sure that there will be at least one student who didn't see the new hours so I will try to be at the dojo after school today, but I can't guarantee it.

Monday 17 August starts our school year schedule. Mon and Wed. 4:10-5 Taekwondo. 5:10 -6 Beginners (Little Dragons),6:10 -7 Adults only. On Tuesdays and Thursdays classes will be 5:30-7 for all ages if the student is eligible to attend the regular Taekwondo class. No classes on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

A short while ago, a former student donated some gear that he no longer uses. Since it is all in really nice shape, I asked if it would be OK to give that gear to other students as prizes for the most attendance. The July winner of the most classes attended is Isabella. She won a nearly new set of padded nunchucks.

Taekwondo classes are slowly filling up. Now is the perfect time for beginners to get in and get started with small class sizes. Tues. Wed. and Thursdays 5:30 to 7 PM.

If you come to Taekwondo class on Thurs. 9 July, bring running shoes. We will be doing some leg strength training on the hills.

The dojo re-opens tomorrow. Cardio kickboxing classes at 6 AM. Taekwondo classes 5:30-7. The days will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Cardio Kickboxing will start back up again on Tuesday July 7th at 6 AM. Classes will be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6 AM. The cost is $45 per month or $10 for a one time class.

We are now allowing the optional summer uniform. Dobak pants, belt, and a plain shirt or shirt purchased at the dojo. By plain shirt I mean absolutely nothing on it. No logo. No words. The other option is to wear the full dobak. The reason we do it this way is because we have had students come in with non-family friendly things on the t-shirts they wore. Students who come into class and don't follow this simple uniform rule will not be allowed to do class.

May 15th will be the last day of training at the dojo. May membership will be half price. We will re-open mid-summer.
