WAITLIST CONTINUED BEFORE CLASSES START APRIL 10th.
Goodmorning! Last weekends turnout was amazingg and I had a great time getting to know some new faces ❤️ I had a free workshop waitlist that I’m continuing with until my official 6 week beginner course classes start April 10th. I’m still learning as I go with advertising groups and aware things may have looked slightly confusing/intimidating.

For my 6 week beginner course I only have 16 spots available. DM FOR MORE INFO. Even though this is my cutoff for now I will be adding on in the future which you can be added to my booking waitlist and I’ll make sure to keep you updated if a spot opens up! Privates are still available Monday-Sunday anytime.

I recently posted on my story a couple of days ago about a fun free pole workshop on the 27th from 7-8:30pm with 8 spots available. I had so many reach outs so fast that out of excitement I’ve decided to make it a weekend event because why not 🤷🏼‍♀️ YES ITS BEGINNER FRIENDLY everyone is welcome!

I want everyone to have an opportunity to hopefully find a new passion and make some friends along the way! I have 8 spots left Saturday the 28th from 6:30-8pm so if you’re interested DM me!!!

I forgot to take an actual before but halfway works haha.
Small adjustments go a long way! I really wanted to make the space beautiful to reflect how dancing makes you feel. Alsoo I’m releasing some free pole group workshops soon that everyone can come out and try. The first one being Friday March 27th 7-8/8:30pm. I only have 8 spots available so DM me if you would like me to reserve your spot!

I’ve had a few new sign ups for the new year and I’m sososo excited and thankful. Today during class I was discussing with a student how having an able body is such a lucky thing to have so we should all definitely use it!!

As much as I love pole, training your body as a whole is just as important.

Building community is also on the list of things I highly recommend doing and what better way than in a space where you will be supported, seen, and encouraged ❤️ Btw that gym outfit you’re asking in the mirror if it’s too much? WEAR THAT.

Off pole 2x weekly every week group class including floor flow/calisthenic handstand training that specifically targets the same muscle groups helpful for success on the pole! Starting pole can be intimidating, so I want everyone to have an opportunity to unlock their inner confidence in a fun, beneficial creative environment ⚡️
