Tomorrow starts the beginning of our Reign Baseball tryouts for the Fall Season. Based on our numbers, we could potentially have multiple teams in several age groups. Reign 13s participated in the 2D Gulf Coast World Series in Daphne, Alabama. After securing the #1 seed in dominating fashion, they maneuvered through the bracket to advance to the World Series Championship. Unfortunately Reign Baseball fell in a very intense Championship game by the score of 3-2. Great season and great run in the WS!

Reign train rides all the way to Branson,MO and takes home 1st place beating the local Sundevils team 13-10 in the Championship. It was a long week with highs and lows, but the Ballparks of America World Series experience should be experienced by everyone.

If you there are lots of things to be proud of this weekend. The Reign family represented each other across 3 states showing just who we are, where we are from and what it takes to be a Reign player. These boys practice relentlessly every week and it showed with the unbelievable amount of hours spent at the park this weekend.

A wise man once said “The ride home is better and the upcoming work week is better after a successful weekend”
The rain kept the parks closed on Saturday and Grandslam Sports wouldn’t settle for a cancelled weekend. They rallied the troops and made a one day tournament on Sunday happen!
The Reign 7u and 10u-Purple made their way to Picayune and brought the thunder. Reign 10u- Purple put together a solid weekend out scoring their opponents 34-23 and finishing the day going 5-0 leaving as champions. The Reign 7u finally broke their 2nd place streak and won their first championship ever, going 3-1 on the day and racking up over 70 hits.

The ride home is over, back to work this week.
It’s a great day to be on the Reign Train!
