Good afternoon LV Baseball Family,

Great news. We have had a tremendous response to our nomination call for our various volunteer positions. That said, we still have few positions where we are looking for volunteers. These positions are critical to the success and growth of the league. If interested or have ability to volunteer in any capacity, please let us know.

Our annual LVBA Annual Meeting of Members and Election is Thursday, October 22nd in the meeting room above the Tower Hill Snack Stand from 8:30pm to 10:00pm. Any person sincerely interested in active participation to further the objective of LVBA may apply to become a Member.

Good evening LV Baseball Family,

Nothing of significance is ever accomplished alone. We are preparing for the 2027 Lenape Valley Baseball season, and we’re reaching out for your help. LVBA is a 100% volunteer-run organization that thrives on the passion and dedication of our local community. Whether you’re a coach, a parent, a neighbor, or simply someone who cares about youth sports in Chalfont/New Britain, there’s a place for you to contribute — and we need you now more than ever.

Our annual LVBA Annual Meeting of Members and Election is Thursday, October 22nd in the meeting room above the Tower Hill Snack Stand from 8:30pm to 10:00pm. Any person sincerely interested in active participation to further the objective of LVBA may apply to become a Member.

If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for one of these positions, or if you have a question about the positions, please send an email to the current LVBA Vice President, Steve Siliani, at [email protected]. Deadline for nominations is Sunday, October 17th, 2026.

Fortunately, we have already received some nominations and are expecting several returning volunteers. That said, all positions are up for election and are accepting nominations (with the exception of VP and Treasurer). Beginning next week, we will start emphasizing positions without nominations.

Each October, we hold elections for many of the volunteer roles that keep our league running. All positions begin on November 1, 2026, and most are 1-year terms (unless noted otherwise).

Our annual LVBA Annual Meeting of Members and Election are approaching and will occur in the second half of October. If you are interested or curious about getting more involved, we encourage you to join us this coming Thursday, September 24th for our General Members Meeting. The General Members Meeting will occur in the meeting room above the Tower Hill Snack Stand from 8:30pm to 10:00pm. This will give you a forum to ask questions and learn more about the league and the opportunities to get involved.

Lenape Valley Little League is looking for passionate volunteers to help make this upcoming season a great experience for our players and families!

We are currently looking for volunteers to assist with:

Field Maintenance
Concession Stand Support
Safety coordinator

These are just a few of the many opportunities that exist.

Whether you can commit a few hours a week or help out for specific events, your time and effort make a huge difference for our local youth. No prior experience is required—just enthusiasm and a desire to support our community!

The Lenape Valley Baseball Family is saddened by the loss of David Cooper. He was a tremendous asset to our organization as a dedicated coach and volunteer and made a positive impact on many lives within our community. We offer our thoughts and prayers to the Cooper Family during this difficult time. Thank you Coach Cooper.
