We are based out of a gyms in Chagrin Falls and Warrensville Hts, OH but we have the option of being mobile. If your school or company would like to host an event, we are able to bring our equipment and knowledge to your facility.

It is the 1st day of the challenge! Get 5 sets of 5 pushups in before the end of Tuesday. You can do all 5 sets of 5 in a row and be done in 30 seconds, or you can spread those 5 sets out over the 2 days. Just get it done!

So we are entering February this week. I am thinking we do a challenge of sorts for the month of Feb. It won't take long and it has some flexibility to it!
Between Monday and Tuesday, complete 5 sets of 5 pushups.
Between Wednesday and Thursday, complete 5 sets of 10 squats.
Between Friday and Saturday, complete 5 sets of 8 burpees.
Let's start tomorrow, Jan 31!

Need a quick bodyweight workout? I've got you covered:
5 rounds:
20 jumping squats
10 front/back lunges on each leg
20 plank shoulder taps each (or 10 pushups)
20 tuck ins (or vups)
20 bridges

Took me almost exactly 20 minutes!

5 rounds:
200 ft farmers carry
10 lunges each leg
10 deficit pushups on DBs
10 suitcase squat
10 single arm snatches each arm

I did it in 17:08.
