Friday-
75 min spin/strength (30 mins spin/45 strength)- 7- 8:15 AM

Saturday-
6:30- 730 barbell spin: 30 min spin/ 30 mins full body pump
8:00-9:00 Spin core: 45 spin followed by 15 mins of core
