Ever felt or thought “I’m a bad parent!” “I can’t believe I just did that!” “What came over me?”

You’re not alone 😊 This is a natural part of being a parent, and there’s a reason why.

Grow your understanding of what’s happening in these parenting moments. Acknowledge and release the harsh self-judgments.

Happy Mother’s Day to you!

Acknowledging all the special and unique ways you show up for yourself and your family.

Noticing the beautiful messiness of motherhood.

Wishing you a wonderful day 😊 ~Dr. Alana.

Thank you Miles for this thoughtful picture of you and me ❤️
