💎 park further away from your destination - more steps!
💎 drink water or electrolytes instead of sugary drinks - hydration is important!
💎 simple meals and snacks with protein, fiber and healthy fats - regulate blood sugar!
💎 go for a walk in nature, read a book or listen to a podcast instead of doom scroll - regulate stress and promote relaxation!

I’m not saying it’s always easy, but it’s as simple as you make it. Just make the better choice one decision at a time 🩷
