No better way start the new year than to train and not let the previous year stop you. Open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm-7pm. Offering Fudozen Shorinji Kempo, Eskrima, BJJ and one of the Only Kendo Classes in NY. And adding a Inovative Tip of the Spear Team where we only teach mastery level curriculum. Stop in January 2nd to begin the climb.

One of the most amazing feelings is having the privilege to experience the climb once again but from a diffrent angle. I was absolutely humbled and amazed by the practitioners at jiujitsu and I'm honored to hold the white belt in their art, first day down, the rest of my life to go.
