Major & why you chose this:
My major is Fitness and Wellness. I chose this path because I used to play college basketball, and I’ve been drawn to fitness and sports ever since I was a kid.

What are you wanting to learn from this internship: During my internship at Fit 7, I’m hoping to gain hands-on experience and learn what personal training is really like. So far, I’ve mainly learned the theory in the classroom, so I’m excited to apply that knowledge in a practical setting.

Favorite lift:
My favorite lift is the bench press, a classic!

Fun fact about you:
I moved from France to the United States when I was 16 to play college basketball.
