A well deserving congrats to Ms Emma!

She kept up her Po1 Martial Art training throughout the entire summer!! There were some obstacles along the way and she showed grit, perseverance and an “I Can Attitude” to find a way to keep showing up and keep showing her joy for self-defense training.

Many congrats to the 2026 Power of One Lakewood Black Belt Team!

The 5 individuals who stepped onto their path ( a few of them more than 11 years ago) pushed through this last weekend’s 72 hour test with much preparation, planning and teamwork. What they accomplished together began with a single step years ago! Most of this team began at 4, 5 & 6 years of age, each of them have their own story for beginning and continuing.

Never underestimate the power of many coming together for the same common goal. Their families’, teammate’s and Po1 instructor’s support played a huge part in their accomplishments & will be an amazing experience to draw from for this next part of their journey as well!🙌✨👏
