Box squats the other day. After a full workout, I decided to kill the rest of my legs by doing 5x5 pause box squats lol. 355 felt pretty good so I decided to try at 405 😂 did one and quit.

355 was my 1RM, now it’s my 3RM. Bored and was pulling dead’s for fun today.

Wish I can say 405 is right around the corner but.. that was a rough set. Still got a PR!! 325x3 for 5 sets out of 10. Felt my knee buggin on set 4, so I backed off to be safe. 94% of 1RM

🚨🚨 BENCH PR 🚨🚨
Program: bench program. Started this program 6 weeks ago with a 235lb max bench, ended the program at 280lb 1RM w/ a 45lb PR! Credits to for sticking it out with me. I smell a pretty good season next year!

🚨🚨PR ALERT #2🚨🚨 405x2!
We did it y’all!! 4 years ago I injured myself and couldn’t squat due to a hip impingement problem, which directly affected my deadlift, I switched to sumo and got up to about 375 for 1 before I couldn’t go any higher. After focusing for the last 5 weeks with I was able to hit 405 for not a SINGLE but a DUBB. Let’s GOOO!

Top set today 295x2. Felt a lot more solid than I have been lately. Focused only on form today, properly warmed up and did the proper warm up sets before hitting 295.
Felt weird without coaching me every step of the way lol.
