Mercier School of Dance: Little Dancers Welcome Mercier School is primarily a mobile company and has been bringing high quality dance education to NOVA since 2009! Dance with us!

We are also your home base for elite Scottish Highland Dance. We share our love of the preforming arts with the NOVA community! Through the study of ballet, young students begin to learn the fundamentals of dance. Physically, they will be introduced to music, movement, and the traditional format of a ballet class. They will also develop their listening skills, mental focus, and interactions with t

heir peers. These skills continue to serve the student outside the world of dance, regardless of the level of the dancer. The ability to focus and awareness of the movement of one’s body carries from dance, to sports, and the day to day activities of a child’s life. While a dance career begins in the studio, the benefits of dance branch out to touch every aspect of a child.
