Calling all future swimmers!

Pre-team (Guppies) is a great option for kiddos who may have advanced past typical group lessons levels but may not quite be ready for swim team!

In this level, swimmers will learn the basics of the 4 competitive strokes, underwaters, and turns! This group is much larger and gives more of a team atmosphere. We will have 2 instructors in the water and 1 on the deck for this group so every kiddo gets the chance to learn and improve! This level meets for 12 lessons across 6 weeks. Each lesson is 45 minutes!

Every year, drowning claims over 300,000 lives worldwide, making it the third leading cause of unintentional injury death globally . In the United States alone, more than 4,500 people drowned annually from 2020 to 2022, with children aged 1–4 being the most at risk .  

Alarmingly, nearly 40 million American adults (15.4%) do not know how to swim, and over half have never taken a swimming lesson .

Calling all future swimmers!

Pre-team (Guppies) is a great option for kiddos who may have advanced past typical group lessons levels but may not quite be ready for swim team!

🩵Level 3 Swim Lessons🩵

💦Level 3 is for kiddos who have mastered skills from levels 1 and 2! These kiddos can float, roll, glide, swim independently on their front and back, and can retrieve objects off the bottom of the pool.

💦In level 3 kids start learning the basics of breaststroke kick, learning rotary breathing, improving free and back endurance, and begin learning to tread water.
