I haven’t posted on here in a while because life happens, but classes are still happening every week at the CCCC!! Monday, Tuesdays & Fridays at 5:00pm!

Hi peeps, May is coming up and it’s always a busy month for me, just like everyone else! So please see below cancellations!

Saturday, April 25th is the Manion WOD at 7am.
Friday, May 1st - NO CLASS (Possible Saturday makeup class if anyone wants!)
Friday, May 15th - NO CLASS (Saturday makeup if I have enough).
Friday, May 22nd - NO CLASS
Monday, May 25th & Tuesday, May 26th - NO CLASS

As you all know some of us have been training for another competition and Monday was one of the hardest workouts we’ve had to do. I know there are several workouts in class that are also super hard. When those hard workouts come at us, remember the quote below. It is one of my favorites because it is SO SO true.

The workouts are tough, but they’re supposed to be. Those days when you want to quit and give up are when you must keep going. That’s where your mental and physical growth will happen. As they say, if it was easy, everyone would be doing it.

One of the hardest parts is getting started and most of you have! If you’re looking to get started, come join us at class!! We’d love to have you🩵

So, who’s ready for another?!

This month will be a MILES challenge! It will begin on February 16th and end March 21st! All you have to do is send me a picture of your watch by EOD each day!

Same as last month- this will be capped at 5 miles MAX (should equal around 10,000 steps).
