🍻 ADULT NIGHT AT WOODHAVEN! 🍻

Summer may be winding down and the nights may be getting a little cooler, but we’re squeezing in one more adults-only night at the pool! 🎉

🌙 Saturday, August 29 | 6:30–10:30 PM (kids can stay until 8:00PM)

🍔 Claybourne Grille will be joining us starting at 6:30 PM — and their menu looks SO GOOD! Think Tex-Mex, deluxe burgers, Philly cheesesteaks & more! 🤤

🏊 The pool will remain open for regular swimming until 8:00 PM, then it’s adults only for the rest of the evening!

Grab a sweatshirt for later, bring your favorite drinks, come hungry, and hang out with us for one last grown-up night at Woodhaven before summer slips away. 🍻🌙

Adult Night: 6:30–10:30 PM

Pool closes to kids: 8:00 PM

📣 WOODHAVEN MEMBERS — WE NEED YOU!

Our Annual Member Meeting is this Sunday, August 23 from 4:00–5:00 PM at the Woodhaven Shelter, and we hope to see you there!

This year, we have 3 Board positions to fill:
• Two 3-year terms
• One 1-year term

⭐ Most importantly, we are in need of a new Treasurer! Ideally, we are looking for someone with accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or similar experience. If that sounds like you (or someone you know at Woodhaven!), please consider stepping up. We truly need your help!

We’re also looking for members interested in serving in the other open Board positions. You don’t need special experience—just a willingness to get involved, share your ideas, and help make Woodhaven the best it can be.

Any member in good standing may nominate themselves or another member, and voting will take place at Sunday’s meeting.

Forget the kids… THE DOGS ARE TAKING OVER WOODHAVEN. 😂🐶💦

Join us for Woodhaven’s favorite Dog Day of Summer as we turn WOODHAVEN into WOOFHAVEN! 🐾

📅 Tuesday, September 8
⏰ 5–8 PM
🐕 Bring your favorite four-legged swimmer, towels, and tennis balls or their best fetch toy.
💦 Let the zoomies commence!

🚨 NEW THIS YEAR: We’re also collecting canned dog food donations for Sisca Pet Adoption & Wellness Center! 🥫🐶❤️

Bring a can (or a few!) of dog food to help pups in need while your own pup enjoys their night at the pool. Good dogs helping good dogs. 🥹🐾

🚨 Important pool rule: No human swimming allowed. This is the dogs’ pool now. You’ve had your turn all summer. 😂

Come ready for wet dogs, wagging tails, ridiculous amounts of splashing, and approximately zero personal space.

Because nothing says “summer is almost over” like a pool full of dogs. 🐶❤️

After what feels like DAYS of clouds and rain, we finally have a beautiful evening — and the pool is way too quiet! Come help us change that! 😎🏊‍♀️

🌭 Schmidt’s Food Truck is here TONIGHT with all the favorites — Bahama Mamas, brats, German potato salad, giant cream puffs and more!

Skip making dinner, grab the family, and head up to Woodhaven. Good food + sunshine + a night at the pool sounds pretty perfect to us! ❤️☀️🌊

📚🚨 ATTENTION, WOODHAVEN MEMBERS: THE BACK-TO-SCHOOL COUNTDOWN IS ON… BUT WE ARE NOT DONE SWIMMING YET! 😂🏊‍♀️☀️

The backpacks are coming out, the school supplies are being labeled, and suddenly everyone has approximately 47 things on the calendar. 😅

BUT FIRST… POOL. ❤️🖤

We’re moving to our Back-to-School Swim Hours STARTING TOMORROW:

🏊‍♀️ MONDAY–THURSDAY: 4:00–8:00 PM
🌙 FRIDAY: 4:00–9:00 PM
☀️ SATURDAY & SUNDAY: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM

So grab the kids, throw the goggles in the bag, and COME SWIM! 💦

Because let’s be honest… once school starts, the “we should go to the pool today” days disappear FAST. 😭

📚 Homework can wait.
🩱 The swimsuits are still wet.
🍦 Ice cream tastes better after swimming.
☀️ And summer is NOT over until we say it is!
