Last night our hardworking students trained for our upcoming Fall Championships! They practices forms, sparring. They finished by competing in a mini tournament so students could perform under pressure. They are going to crush it in October!

A special thanks to Coach Jeff Burger for an awesome seminar last weekend. We got a lot of good training out of his Dirty Boxing and Jiu-Jitsu Houdini seminars. If you weren't able to make it, he's got some really good videos on youtube and facebook you can check out.

Time to apply what we learned and train it.
