My little paraphrase has been hanging on my office corkboard for a couple years now and then I was reminded of it in Sunday’s sermon and a conversation with a friend PLUS the verse from Romans on my shirt goes so well too!

God has given us what we need to live in Christ - and he calls us to actively pursue that godly life.

Not perfect, but active.
Not by my strength, but in His.
For His glory & my joy 🙌🏼

I feel like I’m still processing 2025 and haven’t really even begun to set goals for this year. There was a LOT of LIFE life-ing last year, y’all! Much of it was why I was quiet on socials the second half of the year, but God has been using all of it for His glory and my good 🙌🏼

One thing I know for sure: it is WELL with my soul - because of Jesus. I know He holds this year in his hands just like every year since the beginning of time.

What a blessed week it has been! I cannot even begin to describe the work God is doing in these ladies pictured here and SO many more around the country and in other parts of the world.

Revelation Wellness is teaching people how to love God and love their bodies well - but they are also making disciples, prayer warriors, fitness teachers, & gospel preachers!

The last 10 weeks have been an incredible learning process, and I’ve also gained a beautiful community of like-minded people. Yes, I’m officially a Certified Revelation Wellness Fitness Instructor!

What can I say? These muscles are fueled by tacos and pEptiDes! 😅😅

Lately I’ve been lifting with dumbbells AND doing more kickboxing with bodyweight strength added in as well. I’m absolutely loving my Revelation Wellness workouts - basically worship and Bible study and fitness all in one! 🫶🏼🙌🏼 And our instructor training course theme of being “the satisfied” is really resonatingating with me lately!
