It's time for a new round of REV+FLOW to start in my Thursday morning summer session classes as of June 4 from 10-11am in the dance studio at the Washington Township RecPlex West. As always, it's a mind/body/functional fitness class with fantastic music and very creative movement. Come challenge your body in new ways!

This is a big reason to take REV+FLOW classes. If you don’t have this class format in your area, I highly recommend downloading the REFIT® app and paying a very reasonably priced membership fee to access classes remotely.
