Our partnership with Valdus continues this summer with Strength and Conditioning. If you would like to participate in the June session you can use the scholarship code “centervillewrestling” to save $15 off the fee.

We had a couple wrestlers in the introductory class and both enjoyed it and saw some great results in a short period of time!
