Meet Marcus, our Regional Practitioner-

Hey, I’m Marcus! I bring 17½ years in fitness, sports performance, injury rehabilitation, and strength training, with anatomy and physiology studies woven throughout. With over 2,500 stretches performed, my specialties include cranial, shoulder, low-back, and foot concerns, plus helping athletes improve performance. I love helping people move better and feel more comfortable doing what they enjoy.
Outside the studio, I’m all about nature, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and a good conversation. Fun fact: I’ve read or listened to over 800 books as an adult—so we’ll probably have plenty to talk about while we work on those tight muscles!

Our Stretch Zone team was invited to give employees a chance to experience what practitioner-assisted stretching is all about—and they kept us BUSY! For just over two hours, our practitioners were stretching nonstop, and we loved every minute of it.
