With Madyson and Livvy, it was a combination of their custom fitness routine and specifically addressing the correct timing that coordinates with their motor preferences.
Izzy was here for her first initial lesson. We simply applied her motor preference to a perfectly timed pump of energy....
All three of these amazing young ladies exceeded my expectations with their new PRs
Coincidentally, they all beat their previous records by 2 mph.

Sienna Lapomardo and her dad Joe set out on a journey from Massachusetts seeking some guidance with her pitching mechanics. I had the privilege of working closely with Sienna to fine-tune her mechanical details over several days. A comprehensive three-part assessment revealed her unique strengths and abilities. With her natural blueprint in mind, my goal was to enhance her inherent potential without disrupting the intricate design God had crafted for her. By optimizing load, drive, separation, landing, and delivery, Sienna's performance soared, increasing her average speed from 54 mph on Thursday to 60 mph on Saturday, with a peak speed of 61. During the final 30 minutes of our session on Saturday, she consistently delivered speeds of 59 to 61 miles per hour.
As a bonus her drop ball soared to an impressive 13-14" drop with perfect spin axis! 🔥
