⛳ HOLE 6 – BIG IMPROVEMENTS UNDERWAY!
At just 433 yards, Hole 6 might look like an easy par 5. But anyone who’s played it knows better.
The green is tucked tightly into the trees behind and to the right, with water guarding the front and a cart path along the left.
Want an eagle opportunity? You’ll need a perfectly placed second shot. Playing it smart? Lay up short of the pond and give yourself a good chance to get up and down for birdie.
There’s just been one problem.
For more than a decade, crushed drainage pipes have made the ideal layup area—roughly 100–130 yards from the green—a mess.
Depending on the weather, your perfectly placed layup might find mud, thick grass, or rock-hard ground. The alternative? Get a little too close to that pond.
We’re finally fixing it.
Major drainage repairs are underway this month to restore that section of fairway and give golfers the landing area the hole was designed to have.
We expect to complete the drainage work before the end of the year, with fresh grass coming in the spring.
Hole 6 will still demand a good shot. We’re just making sure a good shot gets rewarded.
