Thank you Mother Nature for all the beauty and warmth today!!
Mama’s on the bleachers did one round of plank jacks and tricep dips.
Stroller moves were squat with a band and bicep curls. ✨

☀️ There is so much space to stride inside the park or on the rail trail.
☀️There are two playgrounds
☀️Large fields for play and exercise
☀️Working, clean restrooms (with heat)
☀️Very friendly people
☀️Convenient location centrally located in the Lehigh Valley. Most of us commute about 20 minutes to class.

So many people pass us by, we’ll beyond their child bearing years, and comment how they wish they had this opportunity.

The time is here. The time is now. If it makes you nervous, then you are like the majority of us! Your first class is free and there are all different levels of membership ranging from unlimited, class packs, and maternity leave. Prices have not increased because Mama’s need one less thing to worry about.

My son has been doing Stroller Strides since he was 6 months old. As a 4.5 year old he now talks to me about exercise outside of “mommy class” and has made many great friends from Stroller Strides! Your first class is free! Check us out to see if it’s a good fit for your routine! 😎
