It’s almost spring!! Middle School Soccer Tryouts will be held on April 2nd and 4th. More information to follow regarding timing and procedures.

At this time please ensure your child has met the requirements below:

The deadline for HS and MS spring sports registration is Friday, February 23rd. All spring sport student-athletes must have their FamilyID registration, physical, pay-to-play fee (excluding MS club coed soccer), and ImPACT Testing completed and approved by Friday, February 23rd. Failure to do so may result in being held out of the first day of practice.

Anyone in need of a PIAA Physical for the 2023-2024 school year will need to obtain a physical from your family physician or visit a St. Luke's Care Now Center for a $25 fee (indicate that you are a Southern Lehigh Student-Athlete). Please ensure you have the correct PIAA physical forms: PIAA Section 5 Health History Form and PIAA Section 6 Physician Form (please see the links below). If your physical is older than six weeks to the start of the spring sports season, you must complete PIAA Section 7 Recertification Form.

ImPACT Testing - Anyone in grades 7, 9, or 11 who did not play a fall or winter sport or is new to Southern Lehigh is required to take the ImPACT Test. The ImPACT Test is an online baseline concussion test. This is now being done remotely. Directions for how to complete the ImPACT Test online can be found at the link below.

SL Winter and Spring Sports Physicals

Please be advised that St. Luke's University Health Network will be offering FREE WINTER AND SPRING HS and MS sports physicals on Wednesday, October 25th from 5:00pm-7:30pm. These are the last free physicals being offered for the remainder of the school year. If you only play a spring sport, get your free physical now! Otherwise, you can go to your own physician.

FREE PIAA WINTER AND SPRING ATHLETIC PHYSICALS – Wednesday, October 25th in the High School Cafeteria from 5:00pm-7:30pm.
Please click on the below link to sign up for a Free WINTER AND SPRING Sports Physical. Please bring to the physical a completed Health History Section 5 form and a blank Physician Section 6 form which can be found below. Physical participants are to enter through the Athletic doors across from the Tennis Courts. Please wear glasses/contact lenses (if required), athletic clothing, and sneakers.
