We had a great time on Saturday at the Mack’s Prairie Wing Trap Tournament in Jacksonville. We are so proud of all of our team members. We had a few that even scored their personal bests!

We will be having a meeting and sign-ups for this year's trap team on Sunday Oct 6th at 5pm in the Nemo Cafeteria. All students grades 6-12 are welcome!

Trap Season is just around the corner! If you're new, and planning on joining the team this year, there will be a FREE Hunter's Education class Sept 19, 20 & 21st after school from 4-6:30pm.

The Trap Team is open to participate for grades 6-12 only at this time! (Hunter's Ed is a state requirement to participate in the Regional and State trap tournaments)

Mark you calendars for a Hunter Education class! You can pick up permission slips for your student in the offices, GO RED HAWKS!

Thank you to D&R Litter Service for sponsoring our summer fundraiser! Congratulations to our Grand Prize Winner, Alisa Lancaster and our Runner-up, Melissa Hartman! We will be contacting the winners soon to pick up their beef! Thank you to Nemo Vista Schools for helping us get this season going, and thank you to all of the students and parents that participated this season!

Our Jr and Sr Trap Teams competed in the AYSSP Regional Tournament this weekend. We couldn't be more proud of how they competed!

We couldn't be more proud of our Senior and Junior Trap Teams! 19 kids & 950 rounds of ammo plus gift bags for each competitor (all provided by Mack's Prairie Wings) made for an exciting day! Today was our first ever competition and we think everyone learned alot. Also, most of the kids got to compete on a professional trap range for the very first time today and we couldn't be more proud of them! We hope they had as much fun as we did. We're looking forward to the next one!

Tournament Announcement:
There is a chance of rain this Saturday, as of right now the tournament is still a go. The range said they will compete in the rain as long as there isn't lightning. Make sure to dress for the weather.

I am assigning our squads for Saturday and I need to know ASAP if your kid CAN NOT be there.
