Using an adjustable drop trailer hitch has many benefits - such as safer and smoother driving, protecting your tires, saving gas, and versatility to adjusting to fit multiple trailers!

But to get these benefits, it's important to adjust the hitch correctly. Measure both the heights of the receiver and the coupler from the ground, then subtract the coupler height from the receiver height to find your required drop, and adjust accordingly.
