4000 square feet offers plenty of space to practice with safe distances.

Need a break from Zoom? We have also added new morning hours for Kung Fu and Tai Chi.

Saturday mornings start again, too! 9:30 QiGong, 10:00 Tai Chi, and 11:00 Kung Fu Cardio.
