Lat Pulldowns. Lats=Large muscles located on the sides of your back. Why do them? 1)To develop your back for aesthetic and functional reasons 2)Build upper body strength leading to better posture. 3)Muscular balance and symmetry is developed when biceps, rhomboids, traps rear delts are worked too.

Balance is so critical for many things. #1 cognitive function - awareness of your environment. #2 better posture - critical in our computer age society. #3 reduced injury like falling as we age. Just aiming to stand on one foot is a great place to start. Try standing near something that can catch you and see how long you can go.
