I have been working with a wonderful young man since April. Alex is 18, is type 1 diabetic and has Downs Syndrome. When Alex first came to see me he wouldn't walk and only scooted around on his butt. We have worked very hard each week and he has amazed his family, me and the other trainers in the gym by how much he has accomplished so far. His mom sent me this text last night and I had to share it. It brought a tear to my eye and made my heart happy. This is why I do what I do!
