Post-Christmas Reset starts NOW! 🎄💖

No equipment. Just 35 minutes. Let’s MOVE.
⏱ 35 Minutes — Bodyweight Only

Warm-Up (5 min):
• Jog in place – 1 min
• Mobility flow – 2 min (shoulders + hips + spine,slow controlled circles)
• Air squats – 2 min

Main Workout — 3 Rounds:
40 sec work + 20 sec rest (1 min between rounds)
• Air Squats (slow down, power up)
• Push-Ups (knees if needed)
• Reverse Lunges (alternating legs)
• Plank Shoulder Taps (core tight, hips steady)
• Glute Bridges (2-sec squeeze at top)
• Mountain Climbers (controlled, not sloppy)

Finisher (5 min – No breaks, repeat):
• 20 Jump Squats
• 15 Push-Ups
• 20 Walking Lunges
• 30-sec Plank
