🏊‍♀️ There are families in our community waiting for a place in the pool. We’re looking for the right people to help us welcome them in.

As MSB Aquatics continues to grow, we’re looking for a few more wonderful people to join our team as swim instructors.

And here’s something important: you do not need to be an experienced swim instructor to make a difference here. We’ll train you.

Some of our best instructors are people who simply know how to connect with children — people who are patient, dependable, encouraging, and excited to help a swimmer gain confidence one small milestone at a time.

You may be a great fit if you’re a:

👩‍🏫 Current or retired teacher
🏅 Former competitive swimmer
🛟 Former lifeguard
🤸 Coach or youth-sports instructor
💙 Childcare professional
🎓 College student studying education, kinesiology, or a related field
👨‍👩‍👧 Parent looking for meaningful part-time work

At MSB, teaching swim lessons is about much more than strokes and skills.

It’s helping a nervous child feel brave enough to try.

It’s celebrating the first time a swimmer puts their face in the water.

It’s building trust with families.

And it’s giving children skills and confidence they can carry with them for life.

What we offer:

👋 Meet the Team: Isabelle

Meet Isabelle, one of our incredible swim teachers at MSB Aquatics! 💙

After five years as a competitive swimmer, Isabelle discovered her greatest passion wasn’t competing—it was helping others discover their confidence in the water.

She teaches both Water Discovery & Comfort and Learn to Swim, creating a calm, encouraging environment where every swimmer feels supported and celebrated.

One of the things that makes Isabelle especially unique is her experience growing up as a Child of Deaf Adults (CODA), which shaped her thoughtful approach to communication and connection with every family she teaches.

We’re so grateful she’s part of the MSB family!

Last weekend was filled with unforgettable moments—from welcoming hundreds of families to our very first SplashFest to celebrating the official ribbon cutting of MSB Aquatics.

A heartfelt thank you to the Prosper Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Prosper, our elected officials, ambassadors, and community leaders who joined us to celebrate this exciting milestone.

Your support means so much as we continue building more than a swim center—we're building a place where families gather, friendships grow, and water safety becomes part of our community's story.

🎉 Our hearts are full.

This weekend wasn't just about SplashFest.

It was about watching neighbors meet neighbors.

It was about children laughing together.

It was about local businesses investing in one another.

It was about families walking through our doors—many for the very first time—and becoming part of the community we're building at MSB Aquatics.

To everyone who attended, volunteered, partnered with us, and helped make our very first SplashFest such a success...

💙 What an incredible day.

Our very first MSB Aquatics Splash-Fest was everything we hoped it would be—and more.

Watching families laugh together, children tackle new challenges, neighbors meet for the first time, and our staff pour their hearts into every activity reminded us why we built MSB Aquatics in the first place.

Yes, there were games.
Yes, there were prizes.
Yes, there were plenty of splashes. 💦

But today was really about something much bigger…

It was about creating a place where families feel welcome, children build confidence, and our community comes together around the water.

To everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, sponsored, and supported today’s event—thank you. You made our very first Splash-Fest a day we’ll never forget.

A special thank you to our incredible staff, who dreamed up the activities, encouraged every participant, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make today such a success. We couldn’t be more proud of this team.
