Hi everyone,
September is officially here, and that means it's time for our Mercer County Sportsmen Association Annual Meeting! We are looking forward to a great afternoon of catching up, great food, and club updates.
Here are all the details you need to know for the big day:
Date: Sunday, September 20th
Schedule of Events:
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Social hours (Come early, hang out, and check out our displays!)
4:00 PM: Annual Meeting begins
Following the Meeting: Dinner and door prizes! We will have shredded chicken and beef. We ask you to please, bring a covered dish or dessert.
Upcoming Board Elections
We currently have several dedicated members stepping up for the open leadership roles:
Vice President: 2 candidates running
Trustee: 2 (possibly 3) candidates running for 1 vacancy. 2 Trustees running for re-election
Secretary: 1 candidate running
President and Treasurer are running for re-election
Want to run? If you are interested in running for one of these positions, please reach out to any board member ASAP to get your name on the ballot.
Call for Collectors & Creators
Do you have a unique collection or some cool, one-of-a-kind items you'd like to share with fellow members? We are looking for people to set up displays during our social hours! If you are willing to bring something in to share, please let a board member know ahead of time.
