Two days, two promotion exams. Friday night, we had nine beginner students who have all worked diligently on their techniques promote up to their next rank. Each one showed what hard work will earn!

Saturday morning, six students persevered through a two and a half hour exam that tested not only their physical techniques, but also their mental fortitude and stamina. Advancing to brown belt is not an easy journey. It can be grueling and long. These students proved to our black belt board they were well-deserving of their new rank. I am very proud of each and every one of them.
