Next up, “Shred Shed Summer”, our summer strength class starts on June 1st. Coached by Devrim Brown, this class focuses on proper lifting techniques and building strength through Olympic-style lifts. If you want to learn the correct techniques and build muscle at the same time, this class is for you. Classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 3:30 and 6:30. Your DHLFIT membership gets you this class at no extra cost.

It's back! That's right, it's that time of year again. Teen class starts June 1st. This class fills up quickly, so sign up ASAP and reserve your teen's spot. Classes are at 2:30 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. A big thank you to Joe Adams, Becca Donaldson, and Abi Reagan for teaming up to coach this year.

Join us this Saturday, April 4th, at 9:00 AM for our most important and rewarding workout of the year.

"For His Wounds" is an intense and meaningful workout with a focus on teamwork and endurance. It's a challenging yet fulfilling experience for everyone who participates.

Every year, this is probably our favorite workout, and we look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday. Invite your friends; this is a good opportunity to share our gym with the community. It is absolutely free to anyone who wants to participate.

Wow, just wow!! We went from sitting around at the gym on a Saturday two weeks ago saying, 'Hey, you think a 5K would go well during the Chocolate Gravy Festival,' to over 60 people signing up in one week 🤯. The first-ever Chocolate Gravy Gallop far exceeded our expectations, and we thank everyone who joined us. We're already planning for next year to make it an even bigger and better experience. Keep an eye on this page for possible more runs in the future. Again, thank you to everyone who came out, and to the Celina Downtown Events team, great job this weekend.

Tomorrow is the big day! The first ever Chocolate Gravy Gallop is almost here. We look forward to seeing everyone in the morning. There is limited parking at the gym, so the best option is to park at the Celina Church of Christ just up the street and walk down to the gym. Please DO NOT park at the post office; they will tow you.

Shirts will be available starting at 6:30 in the morning. Everyone who pre-registered will also receive a wooden spoon to commemorate your run. This is a fun run; however, we are a competitive bunch, so we will be awarding the top 3 finishers of the 5K run with first, second, and third place spoons. Walk ups will still be accepted until 6:50 in the morning. Also please arrive early enough to sign a short waiver.
We can’t wait to see the town overflowing tomorrow and look forward to a great day.

We are 24 hours to the deadline to preorder your Chocolate Gravy Gallop shirt. We need to have all shirt orders in by 9:00 AM, March 23rd. Please fill out the form below and pay before tomorrow. If you do not have Venmo, please contact us for options. Again, we will accept walk-ups the day of the race and will make an additional order if necessary. If you haven't already, please confirm your participation with us by Monday, March 23rd, to ensure you receive your race shirt on event day. Even if you've already touched base with us, we'd appreciate it if you could still fill out the form - it'll greatly help us streamline things on race morning. Payment details, including Venmo info, are available on the sign-up sheet. You can also swing by the Gym before the 23rd to pay with cash. While walk-ups are welcome on race day, please note that we won't have extra shirts available. If you register late, we'll arrange for shirt delivery or pickup at the Gym, with shipping costs applying for mailed shirts.
