Unfortunately, we have to CANCEL our Middle School & High School groups tonight because we have a waterline break behind the gym.

Apparently even JLAFit has a breaking point. šŸ˜‚

The good news: CTX Plumbing & Electrical is on it and will have us fixed up tomorrow morning. šŸ”§šŸ’Ŗ

We hate canceling on our athletes, but unless swimming becomes part of our sports performance training, weā€™re calling it for tonight. šŸ˜‚

Thanks for understanding, JLAFit family! Weā€™ll be back at it tomorrow.

Less than a week out of surgery and this woman is back in the gym hitting it hard. I donā€™t know a woman who works harder than this one. Iā€™m so proud of her!!! ā¤ļø
