I know this page was primarily for Soccer and Hockey at the breakaway before RCS bought it, so I will respect that by only posting about this once. Anymore updates will be from the roller rink page
We will be starting a youth hockey league at the roller rink in St Mary's. You are all welcome to join. Follow Grand Lake Skate on facebook for more information.

In preparation for Soccer and Hockey tomorrow, please be patient with the parking situation and the electrical problems.

Please pull in not only to the left but also to the right side of the parking lot when entering. We will need to utilize the back of the parking lot as well as the front. If you are physically able, please pull to the right and park on the the east side of the building allowing closer parking for the elderly.

Also, the electrical problem that occured was not completely fixed as we were told it would be. Everything at the facility is operational, but please be aware the power problems and make-shift lighting are for this weekend only.

****Lakeside Sports does not own the building, and is not able to make improvements to it. These are issues that Lakeside Sports has no control over and are just trying to make the best out of this situation that we have been given.****

Updated Soccer Schedules

Lakeside Sports at the Breakaway will be opening back up Thursday for soccer and hockey. Schedules will be sent out as soon as we can.

***Lakeside Sports at the Breakaway is completely closed from now until next Wednesday January 26th.***

Due to the construction going on in the building the utilities will have to be shut off for the next week and we will not have use of the building. This was not expected, but unavoidable. All sports will be extended by just adding one week to the seasons and pushing this weeks games to next week unless you are contacted otherwise. more details will come as we update schedules.

Great News!!

We will be having a second session of Soccer and Hockey season will be extended. RCS has allowed us to operate into February to allow the leagues everyone is accustomed to to continue without disruption. We would like to thank Randy Bruns and RCS Construction for being so accommodating and easy to work with.

The Soccer Session will start the first week of January and End on February 12th.

Hockey players look to your emails for an updated schedule.
