ONLY the 2nd and 4th of every month Bring your baby bumps, babies, strollers or just yourself and join me for a 60 minute total-body workout. Each workout will include a fun ice-breaker to meet other mamas, stretching, total-body exercises for every level of fitness and end with stretching. The purpose of this group is to provide you with a fun environment to stay connected with other mamas, build friendships, encourage you and guide you through exercise to stay fit and healthy and give you a support group for self care. The group will coordinate jogs at different parks around the area, plan mom’s day/night out and set up play dates and fun field trips for the kids. Where: Frontier Park, Prosper TX
