Looking at these photos, I can’t help but think...

No little girl dreams of growing up at war with her body.

When I speak to women about why they finally decide to get help, it’s rarely because they suddenly want to lose weight.

It’s because they’re scared.

Scared that it’s getting harder.

Scared that age, hormones and life are making things more difficult than they used to be.

Scared that if they leave it another year, they’ll be even further away from feeling like themselves again.

And honestly?

I understand that fear.

But what if the goal isn’t to get back to the body you had in your early 20’s?

What if the goal is to become stronger, healthier, more confident and more energetic than you’ve felt in years?

The women I coach don’t just lose weight.

They learn how to fuel themselves.

Build strength & better eating habits.

Improve their physical and mental health.

And stop letting a number on the scale decide how they feel.

Because the goal was never to become “lighter”.

It was to become the woman you know you’re capable of being.

The woman who feels strong.

Confident.

You feel like giving up? 🤔

My client came to me at the start of the year with zero self-belief, and that’s exactly what had been holding her back from getting our help sooner.

She felt like a failure whenever a week didn’t go perfectly.

She couldn’t imagine her wedding dress fitting better 6 months down the line.

Fast forward to today: she’s 5 weeks away from her wedding and has had to get her dress altered because she’s made too much progress 🤣

This is why accountability matters.

I used to think the goal was the body.

Now I know the goal was becoming the woman who keeps promises to herself.

The confidence came.

The strength came.

The physique came.

But they were all just proof of what consistency can do 🔐

Consistency feels like nothing’s happening…

Until everything changes

Your body.

Your mindset.

Your confidence.

Your standards.

Your life.

What changed my life wasn’t one perfect week.

It was hundreds of ordinary days where I chose to show up anyway.

A common question I get asked as a coach 💻

❓”What do I do with my remaining carb or fat calories?”

Here’s my answer:

1️⃣ Once you’ve hit your protein target, you can have a higher or lower ratio of carbs to fats based on your preferences and what helps you stay consistent.

👉 I generally don’t recommend dropping fats below ~15-20% of your total calorie intake for prolonged periods (hormone & metabolic health)

2️⃣ If you’re not hungry, you don’t need to force-feed yourself just to hit your calorie target for that day.

Your weekly calorie intake matters more than any single day, so those calories can simply be distributed across the rest of the week.

‼️ Protein is different.

I don’t recommend consistently under-eating protein and trying to “make up for it later” because muscle protein synthesis is best supported by regularly hitting your protein target.

The calories, protein, carb and fat targets we set for our clients are based on:

✅ Dieting history
✅ Food preferences
✅ Lifestyle
✅ Individual goals
✅ What is actually required to get results

There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Weekly food diary analysis and personalised guidance on what to eat, and how much, goes a long way towards staying consistent enough to see real results 🙏

I’ve found that the women who get the best long-term results are the ones who:

✓ Simplify their nutrition
✓ Stick to a training programme
✓ Prioritise protein
✓ Plan ahead instead of deciding on the day
✓ Stop using weekends as an excuse

Master the fundamentals and you’ll be surprised how far they can take you.

Consistency beats complexity every time 🔐
