“This post honestly doesn’t feel real.

If you attended our spring showcase last Sunday, then you already know, but it’s time to make it Facebook official. X-factor Dance is the newest tenant for downtown Celebration, and I couldn’t be more excited to start this next chapter of our journey. We are taking the summer off to focus on our build out, and are busy creating the studio I have dreamed about since I was 14 years old.

There are so many people who helped us get to this point, and I truly can’t thank you enough.

Thank you all for believing in me, even when it was hard for me to believe in myself. X-factor turns 15 years old in September, and I cannot wait to see what the next 15 years have in store for us!

Finding our forever home for X-factor Dance is something we have dreamed about for so long, and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. The future is so bright, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported this journey along the way.

Our priority enrollment period for returning students has ended, and we are now welcoming new students to join us for an exciting new dance season!

🩰 Classes for All Ages:
We offer classes for dancers and tumblers ages 3 to 18, plus a growing selection of adult classes!

💵 Registration Fee:
A non-refundable annual Registration Fee of $50 ($40 for Celebration Residents) will be charged immediately to hold your place. Tuition will not be charged until August 1st (September 1st for CVWS classes).

Several classes are already at capacity! Don’t wait—register today or join a waitlist if your desired class is full. We actively monitor waitlists and do our best to place every dancer in the right class as space becomes available, in the order names are received.

Happy National Tap Dance Day!

Today we celebrate the rhythm, passion, and joy of tap dance — a style that continues to inspire generations of dancers to make music with their feet and tell stories through movement.

We also honor and celebrate the birthday of tap legend Bill ‘Bojangles’ Robinson, whose talent and legacy helped shape the world of tap dance forever.

A huge shoutout to our incredible tap teacher, Miss Taylor, for sharing her passion, creativity, and love of tap with our dancers. We are so thankful for the energy and heart she brings to the studio and for inspiring the next generation of tappers! ✨

So proud of our graduating senior Fia as she begins an exciting new chapter! It’s been so special watching her grow not only as a dancer, but the amazing person she is today.

We know there are amazing things ahead for her, and we can’t wait to keep cheering her on!

X-factor Dance

Next year, I’ll be attending Elon University in North Carolina as a Sports Management major. I was also accepted into the School of Communications Fellows Program, which I’m so excited about. I can’t wait to start this next chapter and keep growing my passion for sports, leadership, and communications.

I’ve been dancing for 13 years now — basically most of my life!

My favorite routine I’ve ever competed was our trio to “You Don’t Own Me.” We got to be super sassy and really lean into the attitude of the song, which made it so fun to perform. It was a mix of jazz, acro, and musical theater, and I loved the confidence it brought out in me. Getting to dance it with my teammates made it even more special. It’s a routine I’ll never forget and I still watch the videos.

My favorite studio memory is going to Sonny’s with the team before or after competitions in Lakeland. Those dinners were always full of laughs. I used to say the baby back ribs were my “secret weapon” before going on stage. It became our little tradition, and I’ll remember those meals just as much as the dances themselves.

What I’ll miss most about my studio is the support and environment the team and teachers create. I’ll always remember running from flag football practice to Town Hall, taking off my cleats and putting on my pointe shoes. No matter how sweaty or a little muddy I was, I was welcomed and never judged. They always let me be myself. I could be an athlete and still be a ballerina, and that kind of space is really special.

My advice is to not compare yourself to other people and to never be afraid to be authentically you. It’s okay to be different. That’s what makes you stand out. Especially for the girls, stay strong and confident. The world needs strong, supportive women, and dance is such an amazing place to grow into that kind of person. Have each other’s backs and show what it means to be a leading lady. And always remember why you started dancing in the first place. Hold onto that love for it. It’s what brought me back after a two-year break.

☀️ The countdown to End of the Year Fun Day is on! Join us on Wednesday, May 27th as we celebrate an incredible school year filled with memories, laughter, and school spirit! 🎉🎈

Students will enjoy a fun-filled day featuring Carnival & Field Games, tasty Sweet Treats, Celebration Soccer Club, X-factor Dance, and Celebration Community Athletics! 🏆🍭🎶

For Fun Day, students may wear their Celebration K-8 Pride/Grade Level shirts with athletic shorts.

Auditions will be Monday, May 18th at our primary location 800 Celebration Ave.

Dance auditions are for students in the Second Grade and higher:

4:45-5:30pm for ages 10 and under
5:30-6:00pm Acro auditions all ages
6:00-7:00pm for ages 11 and up.

Dancers must be 7 years old by August 17th 2026 (the start of our fall season) and in the 2nd grade for the 2026/2027 school year to audition for the company.

Auditioning does NOT mean you are required to participate. Once we have sent out acceptance letters we will hold a parent’s meeting on Thursday, June 4th where we will go over all of the information about being on the team in detail. *There will be a virtual option.

Once that meeting takes place a deadline will be set for participation decisions.
