My mission through throwing and track/field is to glorify Jesus Christ. I want to use my abilities as a coach and athlete to further the Kingdom of God.

Ever wonder what it looks like to throw a 300lb weight?

I did... so I tried it, terrible technique but was a blast!! I was able to get 1.17m
