Tomorrow is the Decatur Highland Games! The training is done. The field is set. Only one thing to do is to throw and have fun!

Over the years I have built friendships with many, if not all the competitors. The coaching side of me enjoys and wants to see everyone throw personal records.

I thank God and am grateful for all the people who have entered my life through throwing. Good luck to all and have fun!!

Monday marks competition week Decatur Highland Games is this Saturday at 11:30am. Anyone local looking to get some final practice in is welcomed to join me at 4:30pm Monday.
